The gargoyle definitely looks like his name is Schmidt.

“Brick” as in the little boy on The Middle who is always reading. That family trying to get organized using your tips would make a great episode!

    Or: Rodin.
He’s sort of captured in a pose like the sculpture of ‘The Thinker’.

I’m pretty sure his name is…
    Focus.
    He’s a magical reader gargoyle.
    (Hokus-Focus.)

Thanks for all of your great tips and motivation!

    Love your videos!!

Awww….what a cute gargoyle…I’d call him Gorgeous!! [not many gargoyles get called this, BTW]. And for a nickname, I’d call him “Gorgey” (GOR-Jee)

    Love the gargoyle.

Gargoyles are gutters that keep rain water from running down walls and causing damage. “Gar” is the Latin root, meaning “swallow.”

So if I think of clutter as the stuff running along my life and causing damage, I want something that will swallow up that clutter. But “Clutter Gar” doesn’t work. Gob is a synonymn for clutter, so I suggest we call our little gargoyle Gobgar – the clutter swallower.

How about omnicient? It means having infinite awareness, understanding, and insight.

How about “Evolutio” which in Latin means development, unfolding; action of reading through. I like this because it seems to me that getting organized will help me be more able to evolve as a person, as a Mom (as the kids grow, we have to know what to let go of so that there is physical and emotional space, and time, for all the new things that come our way).

I like “Garreth the Gargoyle” even though I cannot see his face.

I wrote my own data entry template and data base for containing and maintaining contact info; it works seamlessly with my word processing or email software.

Google has a great free system for managing contacts. It integrates well with Outlook (if you ever go back to it) and many smart phones. Another nice aspect of Google’s g-mail is that your contacts are available to you anywhere you have internet access. I’m glad you found the “Pause”! ;)

What about Aneris? Although it is a name of a female mythological figure. According to wikipedia: In Discordian mythology, Aneris is described as the sister of Eris aka Discordia. Whereas Eris/Discordia is the Goddess of Disorder and Being, Aneris/Harmonia is the Goddess of Order and Non-Being.
